For All orders: Domestic shipping within Thailand is done via Thai Post and international shipping to outside of Thailand is on a case-by-case basis, and orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placing an order. However, please allow up to 5 business days which can occur during high volume order periods.
All orders are shipped from EQ๑ or partners and delivery time is based on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
There may be isolated instances where your tracking information can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please reach out to us if after 3 business days have elapsed since you’ve placed your order. You can contact us via our customer service team on Facebook Messenger, or by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please don’t forget to mention your order ID.
