Returns
Returns can be made within 15 days of purchase. We are unable to give you a refund or replacement. in order to have the right to return the product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be return in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you by e-mail once the item to be returned is received and inspected. We will notify you on the status of your refund claim. Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed. And credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified period.

Late returns or lost refunds (if any)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account 2-3 days. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed. If you've done this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at eq1@exoticquixotic.com

Refunds can only be made for regular priced items. Discounted items cannot be refunded.

Product replacement (if any)
